Welcome to Swimming Atelier. By accessing or using our website (www.swimmingatelier.co.uk), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
1. Services
Swimming Atelier provides private and group swimming lessons at selected venues across London and abroad. All lessons are subject to availability and may require advance booking and payment.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
• Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and aim to find a suitable alternative.
3. Payments
• Payments are due in advance of lessons, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing.
• Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated. Late payments may result in paused sessions.
4. Health & Safety
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or relevant health concerns before sessions begin.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times unless prior arrangements are agreed.
• All venues must be safe, clean, and suitable for lessons. We reserve the right to refuse service if a venue is considered unsuitable.
5. Liability
• While every effort is made to ensure a safe and positive experience, Swimming Atelier is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during sessions or when using the website.
• You use our website and services at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials on this site are the property of Swimming Atelier unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal data shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and never shared without consent.
